Micro-influencer pricing

Everything brands ask about the price of the Sunday Squad micro-influencer platform: what a guaranteed content package costs, what is in it, when it counts as delivered and what you may do with the content. One answer per question.

What you pay

How can the price be lower than €100?

Only with always-on can the package price drop below €100 excl. VAT, depending on the agreed volume and duration. The price is fixed up front in your proposal. With a one-off you pay €100 excl. VAT per guaranteed package per creator.

How many creators do I need?

By default from 25 creators; for a smaller brand we look together at what fits. You pay per package per creator, at most €100 excl. VAT: 25 creators therefore cost at most €2,500. The number of packages is set up front in your proposal.

Is the product included in the €100 package price?

No. The package price of at most €100 excl. VAT covers our service; the products for the creators come on top. There is no fixed product value: it has to fit the requested content, and we agree the package up front together.

When a package counts

When does a guaranteed content package count as delivered?

A package counts as delivered once Sunday Squad approves it or you use campaign content from that creator. You pay the package price once, even if you don't use the content, and then get the usage rights on all of that creator's campaign content.

What if a creator does not deliver the package?

Then you pay nothing for that package, provided you have not used campaign content from that creator. We adjust first within the agreed repair period. There is no automatic replacement and the products you already sent fall outside the guarantee.

Can I challenge the approval of a package?

Yes, within 30 calendar days of our approval notice you can report a specific deviation from the guarantee criteria. If you use campaign content from that creator, you accept the whole package. Without timely objection our assessment counts as accepted.

Which actions count as brand use?

Reposting, sharing on your brand account, publishing on your website or in a newsletter, and knowingly accepting a co-creator publication. Use by an agency on behalf of your brand also counts. Liking, commenting, downloading or just being tagged does not.

What you may use

Which extra content is included?

Yes. Everything the creator publishes within the agreed period with your product in it falls under your organic usage rights at no extra cost. The guaranteed minimum remains the package itself; extras are a bonus.

How long do I hold the usage right as a brand?

Twelve months per content item, from the creator's first publication. A later item has its own term; resharing or late approval extends nothing. After that public use stops, unless we agree an extension.

Are paid ads and whitelisting included?

No. Paid ads, boosting, whitelisting and partnership ads are not in the package price or the usage right and need separate arrangements. Your usage right covers organic use on your own channels.

What are the content rights for brands?

Standard is organic use on your own channels, twelve months per content item from the creator's first publication. Paid use (ads, boosting, whitelisting, partnership ads), OOH and TV are not included and need separate arrangements. The creator remains the rights holder.

What does a Sunday Squad collab actually deliver?

25 pieces of content on the same day, cumulative organic reach typically well above 50,000, an organic usage right of twelve months per item, and no ghosting. A squad builds credibility, not direct conversion.

What to expect

Can I agree specifically on reels and stories?

Yes. We agree formats, numbers and minimum criteria up front, for example one reel of at least twenty seconds and one story. That is the guaranteed minimum; a broader briefing we steer towards but do not guarantee. We guarantee content delivery, not reach or sales.

How do you assess the quality of creators?

We select on earlier content, style and fit with your brand and audience, not on follower count alone. What you can enforce on quality, we record as a guarantee criterion; style and taste belong to the briefing and are not guaranteed.

How much say do I have in the content?

You help set the briefing; the creator brings their own style and angle. Approving every video beforehand is not standard; if you want that, we agree feedback moments and revisions explicitly. Wishes added later do not enlarge the guaranteed minimum.

How do I follow and evaluate my collab?

You follow the collaboration and content via the brand portal, with a content overview per item (creator, publication date, end date of usage right). We evaluate delivery and available views, reach and interactions; reach or sales are not guaranteed.

What is a realistic ROI on a nano-influencer campaign?

A defensible benchmark is €5.44 in revenue per euro invested (Café Royal, via archive.com sector analysis 2025). Better still, do the reverse sum: what you need to break even — and count the content you'd otherwise have paid to produce.
