How long do I hold the usage right as a brand?

Twelve months per content item, counted from the creator's first publication of that item. A later published item has its own twelve-month term. Resharing or a late approval does not extend the end date.

An example: if the creator publishes a reel on 1 March and Sunday Squad approves the package on 1 May, you use that reel from 1 May until 1 March the following year. You lose the weeks between publication and approval, and no more than that.

The right covers organic use on your own channels: website, emails and social media. When it ends, public use of that item stops. Extending is possible, but we agree it separately in writing. You may keep a non-public copy for your records. Which content falls under the right is explained in which extra content is included.
