What if a creator does not deliver the package?

Then you pay nothing for that package, provided you have not used campaign content from that creator.

This is how it works: we establish, or you report, that a guarantee criterion has not been met. We investigate the deviation, share our findings with you and ask the creator to adjust within the repair period agreed up front. If the package then remains incomplete or missing, and you have used nothing from that creator, no fee is due for that package.

There is no automatic replacement for which you would have to supply products again, and the products you already sent fall outside the price guarantee. The price of your other packages does not go up because of it. If you do use content from that creator, you accept the package as delivered, see when a package counts as delivered.
