What if a sportfluencer doesn't post (on time)?
Short version: we carry that risk, not you. If a creator doesn't deliver the agreed package, you pay nothing for it, provided you haven't used anything from that creator.
In classic product seeding you ship products and hope for a post. Often it doesn't come — ghosting is a known problem in the sector. A squad works differently, on three levels.
- Selection up front.
- Agreements in the briefing.
- Follow-up and repair.
Selection up front. We work with athletes we know who actively apply for this collab, not with a bought list. Whoever applies for a product that fits them has a reason to deliver.
Agreements in the briefing. Every participant gets the agreed posts and timing in writing. Whoever accepts the product accepts the assignment.
Follow-up and repair. We track the squad during the posting window. If someone doesn't deliver, we address it and give them the agreed repair period to correct course. If the package still doesn't arrive and you haven't used anything from that creator, no fee is due for that package. There is no automatic replacement for which you'd have to send products again, and products already on their way fall outside the guarantee. See also what if a creator doesn't deliver the package. After a package is approved you have thirty days to report a deviation from the agreed criteria; we investigate and share our findings. Afterwards you get the actual completion rate — how many creators delivered what was agreed. Not nice words, a number.
What we don't promise: 25 out of 25, every time, to the minute, or a particular reach. The guarantee covers delivery of the agreed content. People aren't ad slots. What we do: shrink the risk at the front and report honestly at the back — so you know what you got, not what we hoped for.
