How long does it take from briefing to a live collab?

Count on four to six weeks from signed briefing to the first posts, depending on how fast the application window fills and how smoothly shipping runs.

The timeline
  1. Application window. Once the collab page is live, athletes apply. Typically one to three weeks — short enough to keep momentum, long enough to get a strong pool. For a niche sport or a tight region we sometimes plan a parallel scouting round.
  2. Curation and squad review. We score the applications and assemble the squad. You get it for review with our reasoning: five to seven working days to look it over, ask questions and place any vetoes.
  3. Shipping. After your sign-off we collect addresses and ship — bulk via us or directly by you. A few days to a week, depending on the route.
  4. Posting window. From the moment everyone has their product, the posting window runs two to three weeks. That's when the brand becomes visible within the community in a single wave.

Working toward a specific date — a launch, a race, an event — then we count back from that day. Tell us the deadline, we build the schedule.
