How do you handle product shipping to the athletes?
You can ship yourself, or leave the shipping to us if we agree that up front. Both work, each with its own logic.
Direct from brand to athlete. We hand over the address list, the brand ships itself. This is the default when nothing else has been agreed. It works well for brands that ship internationally, have their own logistics system, or where the product calls for specific packaging or delivery timing — pre-order timing, hand-signed cards, limited drops. We do ask for a short Sunday Squad note to be included in the package; without that context, it's not clear to the athlete why the package is arriving.
Bulk to Sunday Squad, we distribute. You send one shipment to our central address in Belgium. We distribute the products across the squad and add a Sunday Squad note card. Storage, handling and shipping by us are included in the package price when we record that up front in the campaign agreement; without that agreement, you handle the shipping yourself.
Added benefit of bulk: when multiple collabs run in parallel, we can bundle products from different brands into one package per athlete. One shipment instead of three or four — for anyone who has labelled and stamped 25 packages, that's not a detail.
No fixed rule. The right option depends on where you ship from, whether other collabs run in parallel, and how fast you want to move between selection and delivery. Bulk means less coordination, one track-and-trace and no 25 addresses to manage yourself. For ongoing programmes or international launches we tend to see the direct route.
The products themselves are never part of the package price, see is the product included in the package price. At briefing stage we put the choice in the campaign agreement, so it's clear up front who handles what.
