What did The Vandal collab deliver?

The Vandal makes clothing out of love for road cycling, with a positioning that's hard to prove with a webshop photo: don't leave your style in the locker room. Sixteen riders received shopping credit, put together their own kit and wore it on their Sunday ride, gravel trip or commute. What that delivered concretely, point by point:

  • 50 pieces of content, in the same weeks. 23 stories, 10 posts, 9 reels and 8 carousels — from real rides. No shoot day, no photographer.
  • 153% delivery. 49 deliverables against 32 agreed: the squad delivered half as much again as promised.
  • The risk sat with us. 16 out of 16 delivered — the 0% ghosting promise, kept again.
  • Curated on story, not on reach. From 42 applications we selected 16, scored on cycling identity, lifestyle and the quality of their content idea.
  • Content rights included. The Vandal can use all content for twelve months, organic and paid — their own material to keep building with.
  • Honest measurement. Over 2,300 interactions across the squad, strongest post at 17.3% engagement. 49 of the 50 items were verified post by post, not self-reported.
  • The sum. 50 pieces of content with usage rights for the cost of sixteen shopping credits and zero media budget. Put that next to a single production day at a content agency.

The difference with our first pilot for Wowow: a smaller squad (16 instead of 25), the same mechanics — and more content per head.
