I don't have a rowing machine at home, but there's one at my box. Does that count?

Yes, that counts. But be honest with yourself before you apply.

EXR runs on your own screen: phone, tablet, laptop or Apple TV, connected to the rowing machine. Setting that up in your own garage takes ten seconds. Doing the same in a busy box, during or between classes, with four people waiting for the erg, is a different story.

Works fine: you train at a box where you can get in outside class hours, or where there's open gym and the machines aren't permanently occupied. Works badly: you show up three times a week for a group class and the rowing machine is ten minutes of the programme.

What we look at isn't where the machine lives, but whether you're on it weekly and whether you can film calmly. So tell us in your application where the machine is and when you can get to it. That's more useful than a plain yes.
