Does EXR have a family plan?

Yes. EXR's family plan lets your main account plus two family members row with full access — three accounts in total, on condition that everyone lives at the same address.

How it works: you activate it in your EXR web profile, under "manage subscription" and then "change plan". Each family member needs their own (free) EXR account. It sits on top of any billing type — monthly, 6-month or yearly — and the exact price depends on that; you'll see it in your profile. One limitation worth knowing: it only runs through the web profile, not through an Apple subscription.

If you're in the EXR × Sunday Squad collab, your year of EXR is personal. If someone in your household wants to row along, you add them to the family plan through that same web profile — and then you can genuinely row together, each on your own machine. Two rowing machines in one house is a specific kind of household, but it exists.
