What does a brand ambassador actually do?
Use the product, show it, and be honest about it. That's all it is, and no less. A brand ambassador is someone who shows a brand in their ordinary life over a longer period, and who gets product and a fee for it.
What a classic ambassador contract asks: a fixed number of posts per month, fixed hashtags, sometimes a script, sometimes an event. What Sunday Squad Ambassadors asks, per round: you get new product, you use it in your training, you post about it in the posting window (usually a story and a reel, no weekly quota), you tag the brand and us, and you mention that it's a partnership. Between two rounds you owe nothing, and if you post something anyway because you simply use the product, that's the best thing that can happen to a brand.
What we don't ask: being enthusiastic about something you don't rate. If the gel doesn't sit right on long runs, you say so, in your content or to us. An ambassador who only cheers is believed by nobody in their club, and that club is exactly why the brand wants you. Can you give your honest opinion?, and how much you have to post.
