What does it mean when a brand asks you for a second round?

That you delivered in the first round and fit the brand. There's nothing more to it, and that's exactly the compliment: the brand watched 10 or 25 athletes at work and wants to continue with you.

A second round is Sunday Squad Ambassadors. You get product again, and a fee on top, because a second round is a commitment, no longer an introduction. You don't apply again and there's no selection: you're asked. The rhythm (monthly, quarterly, per drop) is agreed between the brand and us and is in the briefing before you say yes.

Saying no is fine. If the product no longer fits your season, you're injured, or you simply don't want to, you say so and the spot moves to the next athlete in the squad. It costs you nothing for later collabs. Elsewhere you have to send a media kit to become an ambassador; here your previous collab is your media kit. Whether that makes you an ambassador.
