Are the sportfluencers in a collab already ambassadors of our brand?
Not yet. A collab is a one-off activation: a squad receives your product, builds content around it and posts within the same window. That window is the point, a whole group showing the same brand at once, and it closes again. After the collab nobody owes anything, neither you nor the athletes.
Sunday Squad Ambassadors is the step after that, and the collab is the best way to find them. By then you've seen who actually uses your product, who delivers on time and whose content lands. From that squad you assemble, together with us, a group that carries on: new rounds, new product, a fee, at a rhythm and for a duration we set per brand. If you'd rather start with Ambassadors straight away, without a collab first, that works too; round 1 is then the selection round.
At a classic agency an ambassador signs up front, based on reach, and you hope it fits. With us they come afterwards, based on what they did during the collab. You buy a collab for the spike, Ambassadors for what comes after. How that path works, and when a Sunday Squad Season is the better choice.
