25 micro-influencers.
One international sports collab.

RocketFuel wanted internationally reusable content without losing the credibility of local sports communities. Five English-capable captains gave their feedback and made their reels in English; everyone else brought the brand to life in their own language and training context.

People trust people they follow.

RocketFuel knows better than anyone that you don’t build a brand with ads alone. It all comes down to trust. And the people we trust are the athletes we follow.

So RocketFuel built a squad with us: 25 sportfluencers who tested the product honestly, in their own training. The whole case in two minutes.

Internationally reusable.
Locally credible.

RocketFuel is an international endurance brand. The collab had to produce content that travels across borders, without becoming a generic campaign that feels local nowhere.

80 content pieces, 78 verified deliverables and an English layer from five captains. A strong peak — the last posts only came in at the start of October.

The next step

From peak to always-on

Activate the same creators again, deepen product feedback and keep building content in several languages.

Two language layers.
One credible product test.

The collab delivered 80 content pieces, from quick unboxing Stories to Reels in which sport creators assessed taste, gut comfort and energy during real effort.

Five English-capable captains made their feedback and Reels in English, the rest stayed in their own language. That local content was not a compromise: it introduced RocketFuel credibly into Belgian running, cycling and triathlon communities, while the English layer gave the brand reusable content for a broader market.

From peak to always-on.

This collab was a strong one-off, and therefore mainly a peak: most posts landed within a few weeks, and the last ones only trickled in at the start of October. With an always-on squad, RocketFuel can keep building.
01
Activate repeatedly
Bring the same sportfluencers back, or keep enriching the squad with new sport creators. That keeps RocketFuel visible in the feeds that matter, with authentic experiences instead of one isolated campaign.
02
Deepen feedback
Someone who uses the product again and again, in training and in races, has more to say than after a single test. That honest feedback makes the content stronger and helps RocketFuel sharpen its product and message.
03
Continuous content
Not a peak but a steady stream of real content, in multiple languages. Content RocketFuel can use on its own channels and on the product page, all season long.

Before you activate an international squad

What if a sportfluencer doesn't post (on time)?

We carry that risk. Curation up front, agreements in the briefing, follow-up and repair during the posting window. If a creator still doesn't deliver and you used nothing, you don't pay for that package; no automatic replacement. Afterwards you get an honest completion rate.Read how the three layers of risk management work in practice

What if a sportfluencer is negative about the product?

It can happen, and it's exactly what makes a squad different from an ad. The same honesty that makes content credible sometimes produces a critical note. Good fit and clear expectations keep the risk small; structural criticism isn't a disaster but free product research.Read how good curation upfront makes a negative post almost impossible

What are the content rights for brands?

Standard is organic use on your own channels, twelve months per content item from the creator's first publication. Paid use (ads, boosting, whitelisting, partnership ads), OOH and TV are not included and need separate arrangements. The creator remains the rights holder.See the standard package: duration, usage, OOH and what it costs

What does a collab with a Sunday Squad cost?

You pay per guaranteed content package per creator, never more than €100 excl. VAT; by default from 25 creators, so at most €2,500. Only with always-on can the price be lower. Products are separate; the intro call is free.Read the full answer

Can we repeat a squad?

Yes — and that's where it gets interesting. One squad is a drop; repeat it and it becomes a rhythm that builds familiarity. That can be a Sunday Squad Season (three collabs, a different squad each time) or Sunday Squad Ambassadors (the same squad, in rounds). Each squad makes the next one sharper.Read how repeating a squad builds familiarity over seasons

Does a longer collaboration with creators get cheaper?

Usually yes: 71% of influencers offer a discount for a longer collaboration rather than one-off posts (archive.com sector analysis, 2025). What you buy isn't volume pricing but less friction — the run-up per post disappears. The biggest gain is in substance: someone three months into the same shoes Read the full answer

Do brands work with the same creators more than once?

Yes, and increasingly: 63.2% of brands work with the same influencers again, up from 57% in 2022 (archive.com sector analysis, 2025). What brings them back is that the second time is cheaper in everything except money — the creator already knows the product. There's a limit: four seasons of the sameRead the full answer
