How do I upload my content in the platform?

Via the ‘My content’ tab of your collab in your account: click ‘Add content’ and choose Link, Story or Media.

Steps
  1. Log in and open your collab. In your account, pick the collab you're sharing content for.
  2. Go to ‘My content’. Everything you already shared is there.
  3. Click ‘Add content’. Choose what you're sharing: Link, Story or Media.
  4. Fill in and save. Your item sits with your collab straight away.

Link is for permanent posts: reel, post, carousel, short or video. Paste the URL, we detect the type ourselves. Story disappears after 24 hours, so upload two screenshots: the story itself and your insights (reach, impressions, taps). Media is for loose photos and videos without a post: originals, drafts, unboxing, training clips.

Photos can be JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, videos MP4 or MOV, up to 100 MB per file. Story screenshots are JPG, PNG or WebP, 15 MB max each. A Drive link in an email works too, until someone has to work out which collab it belongs to. Once everything is in the platform, your collab is finished.
