Version 1 — April 2026

The short version

For sportfluencers who don't want to plough through all 15 articles — here's what you really need to know.

What do you get?

  • Free gear or experiences — You receive the product, or an experience (e.g. entry or start tickets), free of charge from the brand. No advance payment, no purchase.
  • A possible spot in the Squad — Signing up is not the same as being selected. You enter the pool. For every Collab, we pick who fits. If you're selected, that's the recognition — plus the visibility that comes with it.
  • Access to the community — Other sportfluencers, exclusive events, early access to new Collabs.

What do we expect from you?

  • Authentic content — You use the product, you give your honest opinion and you post what was agreed. No AI-generated content.
  • Follow the briefing — Format, hashtags, mentions, dos and don'ts — it's all in the Collab briefing. Stick to it.
  • Speed — Reacting fast and posting on time is critical. Brands buy the impact of a simultaneous Squad activation. A Squad is only as fast as its slowest link — don't be that link.
  • Transparency — Place "Advertisement" or "Sponsored" clearly and visibly at the start of your post. Also use the platform label (e.g. "Paid partnership"). "Collaboration" alone is not enough. This is required by law.
  • Keep posts live — You keep your posts online for at least 90 days and don't remove them without notifying us.

Can the brand reuse your content?

  • Yes, for 24 months — The brand may reuse your posts on its own channels and in advertisements for 24 months after publication.
  • Sunday Squad: unlimited — We use your content in our portfolio and case studies (no time limit — but no resale to third parties).
  • You stay the owner — No transfer of rights. The content remains yours.

And your profile, input and feedback?

  • Profile (partially) public — Name, photo, sport, region, reach and your Collabs may be publicly visible — now or in the future (think: public profile pages). Address, email and phone never. Want certain info kept private? Email us.
  • Input shared with brand + Squad — Ideas and suggestions you share for a Collab are visible to the brand and to the other sportfluencers in the selected Squad. You work on the Collab together.
  • Feedback and testimonials — What you tell us about a Collab or product can be shared on our website, socials and marketing — with your name attached. Want a specific quote no longer used? Email us.

And after the Collab?

  • No solo deals — With brands you got to know through Sunday Squad, you don't make individual deals without us. This applies from the moment you're selected, until 12 months after your last Collab for that brand.
  • Approached directly? — Refer the brand back to Sunday Squad and let us know. We'll look at the options together.
  • Other brands: go for it — Brands you didn't meet through us — by all means. But you can always involve us: together we're usually stronger.

What if things go wrong?

  • No content = product returned — If you receive the product but don't post (even after a reminder with an additional 14 days), we may reclaim the product or charge its value.
  • You are responsible for what you publish — For accuracy, no plagiarism, transparency — and for your own taxes on received products.
  • Belgian law — We try to resolve disputes amicably. If that doesn't work: the Antwerp Enterprise Court, Mechelen division (Belgium).

Quitting?

  • Any time — You can deactivate your profile at any moment. Ongoing Collabs need to be finished first, unless we agree otherwise.

General

These Terms and Conditions for Sportfluencer Collaboration (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the relationship between Yeyecatoo BV, a private limited liability company under Belgian law, with registered office at Molenstraat 205, 2840 Rumst, Belgium, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 0810.903.766 (VAT BE 0810.903.766), trading under the commercial name "Sunday Squad" (hereinafter: "Sunday Squad" or "we"), and the natural person who registers as a sportfluencer on the Sunday Squad platform (hereinafter: "Sportfluencer" or "you").

Sunday Squad and the Sportfluencer are hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".

By registering on the Sunday Squad platform, accepting an invitation to a Collab, or taking part in a Squad activation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Article 1 — Definitions

1.1 Platform: The online environment of Sunday Squad (website, app, communication channels) that brings Sportfluencers and Brands together for joint activations.

1.2 Brand / Advertiser: The company that engages Sunday Squad to set up a product activation or Collab with a group of Sportfluencers.

1.3 Collab: An organised activation in which a Squad of selected Sportfluencers simultaneously creates content around a specific Product or Brand, during a defined period and according to agreed guidelines.

1.4 Squad: The group of at least 25 Sportfluencers that jointly takes part in a Collab.

1.5 Product: The physical or digital good made available by the Brand to the Sportfluencer in the context of a Collab.

1.6 Product Gift: The free provision of a Product to the Sportfluencer as consideration for taking part in a Collab. The Sportfluencer does not pay a purchase price.

1.7 Content: All texts, photos, videos, stories, reels, posts and other communications created by the Sportfluencer in the context of a Collab.

1.8 Qualifying Post: A publication on social media or other channels that meets the requirements set out in the Collab briefing, including correct mention of the Brand, relevant hashtags and the legally required transparency disclosure.

1.9 Collab Briefing: The document or set of instructions in which Sunday Squad describes, per Collab, the specific requirements, timeline, guidelines and expectations.

1.10 Sportfluencer Profile: The information provided by the Sportfluencer on the Platform, including (but not limited to) name, sports discipline, location, social media profiles, reach and demographic data.

Article 2 — The Sunday Squad model

2.1 Prestige economy

Sunday Squad operates on a prestige-economy model. Sportfluencers receive no financial compensation for taking part in Collabs. The consideration for the Sportfluencer consists of:

  • The Product Gift: free receipt of exclusive products from partnering Brands;
  • Recognition and selection: validation as a sportfluencer through inclusion in a curated Squad, and the resulting visibility within the sports community;
  • Community access: membership of a select community of like-minded amateur sportfluencers;
  • Any additional benefits such as event invitations, early access and special content.

This consideration constitutes the remuneration for the licences granted by the Sportfluencer and the other obligations under these Terms.

2.2 Collective activation

The core principle of Sunday Squad is collective activation: a Squad of Sportfluencers publishes content around the same Product or Brand simultaneously or within a short window. This creates local market saturation and reinforces the authenticity of the message through so-called "mimetic desire" within the sports community.

2.3 No employment relationship

The Sportfluencer acts as an independent third party. There is no employment contract, agency agreement, partnership agreement or any other relationship of authority between the Parties. The Sportfluencer is not subject to the authority of Sunday Squad regarding the organisation of their work, working hours or working method. The Sportfluencer retains full freedom in the creative execution of Content, within the boundaries of the Collab briefing. These Terms do not create any presumption of an employment relationship within the meaning of the Belgian Labour Relations Act of 27 December 2006.

Article 3 — Participation and selection

3.1 Registration

The Sportfluencer registers on the Platform and truthfully provides all requested information for the Sportfluencer Profile. The Sportfluencer is responsible for the accuracy and up-to-date nature of this data.

3.2 Selection

Sunday Squad selects Sportfluencers for Collabs based on criteria such as sports discipline, location, reach, engagement, authenticity and community validation. Sunday Squad retains full discretion over the selection and is not obliged to select a Sportfluencer for a Collab.

3.3 Acceptance

The Sportfluencer receives an invitation for each Collab, with the accompanying Collab briefing. Participation is voluntary. By accepting the invitation, the Sportfluencer undertakes to comply with the Collab briefing and these Terms.

3.4 Minimum age

The Sportfluencer declares to be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

Article 4 — Obligations of the Sportfluencer

4.1 Content creation

After receiving the Product, the Sportfluencer undertakes to:

  • Actually use and assess the Product;
  • Publish one or more Qualifying Posts within the period set out in the Collab briefing;
  • Follow the guidelines from the Collab briefing regarding format, timing, hashtags and Brand mentions;
  • Express an honest and authentic opinion about the Product.

4.2 Transparency and legal obligations

The Sportfluencer is required to unambiguously disclose, for every Qualifying Post, that it concerns a commercial collaboration. The Sportfluencer does this as follows:

  1. Use the built-in platform label for commercial content if the social media platform offers it (for example, "Paid partnership" on Instagram or the equivalent feature on TikTok, YouTube or other platforms);
  2. Additionally — always and in all cases, regardless of whether a platform label is available — place the mention "Advertisement" or "Sponsored" (in Dutch: "Reclame" or "Advertentie") clearly visible at the start of the text of the Qualifying Post (above the fold, before any hashtags, not hidden in a string of hashtags or at the end of the text);
  3. Comply with the recommendations of the Belgian Advertising Council (JEP) and the applicable European directives, including the Digital Services Act (DSA).

The term "Collaboration" is not sufficient as the sole mention — always use "Advertisement" or "Sponsored".

The Sportfluencer is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding commercial communication and influencer marketing.

4.3 Authenticity and integrity

The Sportfluencer undertakes to:

  • Not use AI-generated content for Qualifying Posts (text, images or video);
  • Not make misleading or unfair claims about the Product or the Brand;
  • Not artificially inflate follower count, likes, engagement or reach;
  • Not publish content that is illegal, discriminatory, obscene or harmful;
  • Not resell or transfer the Product to third parties unless expressly permitted in the Collab briefing.

4.4 Brand exclusivity

If the Collab briefing contains an exclusivity clause, the Sportfluencer undertakes not to publish content for directly competing brands or products during the specified period. The duration and scope of the exclusivity will always be communicated in advance in the Collab briefing.

4.5 Content availability

Qualifying Posts remain visible on the Sportfluencer's social media channel for at least 90 days, unless otherwise agreed in the Collab briefing. The Sportfluencer does not delete or archive Content without Sunday Squad's prior written consent.

4.6 Reporting

At Sunday Squad's request, the Sportfluencer shares the relevant insights and statistics (reach, impressions, engagement) of Qualifying Posts, via screenshot, platform analytics or the Platform.

Article 5 — Product Gift and compensation

5.1 Product Gift

The consideration for taking part in a Collab consists of the Product Gift as described in the Collab briefing, together with the recognition, selection and community benefits described in article 2.1. The Sportfluencer receives the Product free of charge, directly from the Brand or via Sunday Squad.

5.2 No financial compensation

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Collab briefing, the Sportfluencer receives no financial compensation for participating in a Collab. The value of the Product Gift is communicated in advance.

5.3 Tax responsibility

The Sportfluencer is responsible for any tax obligations arising from receiving Product Gifts, including reporting benefits in kind in accordance with Belgian tax legislation. The Parties acknowledge that Product Gifts qualifying as low-value commercial gifts within the meaning of article 12, §1, 2° of the Belgian VAT Code (currently €50 excl. VAT per unit) are not subject to VAT. On request, Sunday Squad provides an overview of the Product Gifts received and their estimated value.

5.4 Non-performance

If the Sportfluencer fails to deliver the agreed Content within the period set out in the Collab briefing, Sunday Squad will send a written formal notice with an additional period of 14 calendar days. If the Sportfluencer still fails to perform after that period, Sunday Squad may:

  • Demand the return of the Product; or
  • Demand compensation equal to the purchase value of the Product as stated in the Collab briefing, as fixed-sum damages.

The Parties acknowledge that these fixed-sum damages are a reasonable estimate of the foreseeable damage suffered by Sunday Squad due to the loss of the Product without the agreed consideration, in accordance with article 5.88 of the Belgian Civil Code. Sunday Squad's right to claim higher proven damages remains unaffected.

Article 6 — Intellectual property and licence

6.1 Ownership of Content

The Sportfluencer remains the owner of all Content they have created. No transfer of intellectual property rights takes place.

6.2 Licence — organic use

By taking part in a Collab, the Sportfluencer grants the following non-exclusive, royalty-free licences for organic use of the Qualifying Posts:

  • To Sunday Squad: a licence without time limit to use the Qualifying Posts on Sunday Squad's own channels (social media, website, newsletters, marketing material), in case studies, in portfolios, and for commercial promotion of the Sunday Squad platform to existing and prospective Brands;
  • To the relevant Brand: a licence for 24 months following publication of the Qualifying Post, to use it on the Brand's own channels (social media, website, newsletters, marketing material), including the right to sub-license to its media partners. This period may be extended or shortened per Collab in the Collab briefing.

The consideration for these licences consists of the Product Gift and the recognition and community benefits described in article 2.1.

6.3 Licence — paid advertising

In addition to organic use, the Sportfluencer grants the following non-exclusive, royalty-free licences for use of the Qualifying Posts (in whole or in part) in paid advertising, including sponsored posts, social media ads, display advertising, retargeting and programmatic advertising:

  • To Sunday Squad: a licence without time limit for use of the Content in advertisements promoting the Sunday Squad platform;
  • To the relevant Brand: a licence for 24 months following publication of the Qualifying Post, for advertisements of the Brand and its products. This period may be extended or shortened per Collab in the Collab briefing.

Whitelisting and dark posting via the Sportfluencer's account each require a separate prior consent of the Sportfluencer per Collab.

6.4 Attribution

When Content is reused, the Sportfluencer is — where reasonably possible — credited as the author (by tagging, mention or source reference).

6.5 Name and likeness

The Sportfluencer grants permission for the use of their name, profile picture, social media handles and sports-related information in communications by Sunday Squad and the Brand, solely in the context of the Collab. This permission may be withdrawn for future use at any time by written notice to Sunday Squad.

6.6 Use of the client's Brand by the Sportfluencer

In the context of a Collab, the relevant Brand grants, through Sunday Squad, a limited, non-transferable, revocable permission to the Sportfluencer to use the name, logo and brand imagery of the Brand, solely for the purposes of the Qualifying Posts and for no other purpose. This permission ends automatically upon termination of the Collab, save for arrangements to the contrary in the Collab briefing.

6.7 Use of the Sunday Squad brand by the Sportfluencer

Sunday Squad grants the Sportfluencer a limited, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the name "Sunday Squad", the Sunday Squad logo and related brand imagery, solely for the purpose of indicating Squad membership (for example in a social media bio, in stories, or in Qualifying Posts). This permission applies for as long as the Sportfluencer has an active Sportfluencer Profile and is withdrawn upon termination of the collaboration.

6.8 Use of profile data, input and feedback

The Sunday Squad platform acts as a public showcase that enables Brands to discover curated Squads of Sportfluencers. A publicly visible Sportfluencer Profile is therefore an essential part of the service Sunday Squad provides. In that context, the following rules apply:

6.8.1 Public Sportfluencer Profiles

By registering on the Platform, the Sportfluencer agrees that the following profile data may be made publicly visible on public parts of the Platform (including any future public Sportfluencer profile pages) and in Sunday Squad's communications to Brands and the broader public:

  • Name (first name and first letter of the family name, or full name as provided by the Sportfluencer);
  • Profile picture;
  • Sports discipline(s);
  • City or region (no street address);
  • Social media handles and public reach (follower count, engagement);
  • List of Collabs the Sportfluencer has taken part in, insofar as publicly announced.

Sunday Squad may at any time decide to display the above data, in whole or in part, on public profile pages or other public parts of the Platform. No additional consent from the Sportfluencer is required, as long as the use stays within the categories listed above.

The following data will under no circumstances be made public or shared with third parties outside the scope of a Collab in which the Sportfluencer takes part:

  • Postal address;
  • Email address;
  • Phone number;
  • Date of birth;
  • Bank details or other financial information;
  • Other data not expressly listed in the categories above.

The Sportfluencer may request that certain publicly shareable data above is not made publicly visible, by sending a written request to info@thesundaysquad.com. Sunday Squad handles such requests within a reasonable timeframe. Sunday Squad may inform the Sportfluencer if such a request negatively impacts their selectability for Collabs.

6.8.2 Input and ideas within a Collab

Ideas, suggestions, content proposals and other input that the Sportfluencer submits in the context of a Collab (for example via the Platform, email or a briefing form) are accessible to the relevant Brand and to the other Sportfluencers of the selected Squad. Sharing input within the Squad is part of the collective working process and contributes to the quality and coherence of the Collab.

Sunday Squad may also use this input internally for the execution and optimisation of the Collab, and in anonymised or aggregated form for the improvement of the Platform and future Collabs.

As a general rule: everything the Sportfluencer shares with the Brand in the context of a Collab may also be accessible to the other members of the selected Squad for that Collab. This data is used solely for the purpose for which it was shared and is not disseminated beyond the context of the relevant Collab.

6.8.3 Feedback and testimonials

Feedback, survey responses, ratings of Products and Collabs, as well as responses to questions such as "how did you find Sunday Squad", may be used by Sunday Squad for:

  • Reporting and internal evaluation;
  • Sharing with the relevant Brand in the context of Collab reporting;
  • Publication as testimonial or quote on Sunday Squad's own channels (website, social media, marketing material, sales presentations), mentioning the Sportfluencer's name, profile picture and sports discipline;
  • Use in case studies and portfolios without time limit.

Use of testimonials with name attribution is based on the Sportfluencer's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). The Sportfluencer may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notification to info@thesundaysquad.com. After withdrawal, Sunday Squad ceases use of the relevant testimonial or quote in future publications and removes it from its own channels within a reasonable period. Use by third parties to whom the material was already provided before the withdrawal falls outside Sunday Squad's responsibility.

6.8.4 Relationship with article 8 (Data protection)

The use of profile data, input and feedback described above is always carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and on the basis of the legal grounds stated in article 8.2. The Sportfluencer's rights under article 8.5 of these Terms, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure and withdrawal of consent, remain fully applicable.

Article 7 — Confidentiality

7.1 Confidential information

The Sportfluencer treats all information designated as confidential by Sunday Squad or the Brand strictly confidential. This includes, among other things: the identity of Brands prior to public announcement, Collab strategies, product launch dates, and financial conditions.

7.2 Duration

The confidentiality obligation applies during the collaboration and for 12 months after its end, unless the information has in the meantime become publicly available through no fault of the Sportfluencer.

Article 8 — Data protection

8.1 Personal data

Sunday Squad processes the Sportfluencer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian implementing legislation.

8.2 Legal bases and purposes

Sunday Squad processes personal data on the basis of the following legal grounds, each linked to specific purposes:

  • Performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): creating and managing the Sportfluencer Profile, selection for and execution of Collabs, processing Product Gifts and logistics, direct communication with the Sportfluencer about ongoing or offered Collabs, and sharing necessary data with the relevant Brand in the context of a Collab;
  • Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): publishing profile data on public parts of the Platform (including any public profile pages), using name, photo and quotes as testimonial in marketing and sales material, and processing feedback for publication purposes with name attribution. The Sportfluencer can withdraw this consent at any time via info@thesundaysquad.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal;
  • Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): anonymised and aggregated analyses to improve the Platform and the service, fraud prevention and security, and internal reporting. Sunday Squad has carried out a documented balancing test for these processing activities, available for inspection on request.

8.3 Sharing with third parties

Sunday Squad shares the Sportfluencer's personal data as follows:

  • With the relevant Brand: only the data necessary for the execution of a Collab in which the Sportfluencer takes part;
  • Within the selected Squad: the input, ideas and data the Sportfluencer shares in the context of a Collab are accessible to the other Sportfluencers in the same Squad, solely for the joint execution of the Collab.

Sunday Squad does not sell personal data to third parties and does not share personal data outside the cases described above.

8.4 Retention periods

Personal data is kept for as long as the Sportfluencer has an active Sportfluencer Profile, and for up to 24 months after deactivation, unless a longer retention period is necessary for the performance of ongoing licences (article 6), legal obligations, or the handling of disputes.

8.5 Rights of the Sportfluencer

The Sportfluencer has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, in accordance with the GDPR. The Sportfluencer also has the right to withdraw consent previously given (article 8.2). Requests can be sent to privacy@thesundaysquad.com. Sunday Squad responds to such requests within 30 days.

Article 9 — Liability

9.1 Liability of Sunday Squad

Sunday Squad is not liable for:

  • The quality, safety, operation or suitability of Products — the Brand is responsible for this;
  • Damage arising from the use of Products by the Sportfluencer;
  • Decisions of social media platforms regarding the Sportfluencer's content;
  • Indirect or consequential damages or lost profits.

9.2 Liability of the Sportfluencer

The Sportfluencer is liable for all damage suffered by Sunday Squad or the Brand as a result of:

  • Inaccurate, misleading or unlawful Content published by the Sportfluencer;
  • Infringement of third-party intellectual property rights;
  • Non-compliance with the transparency obligations;
  • Other breaches of these Terms.

9.3 Limitation

Sunday Squad's total liability towards the Sportfluencer is in all cases limited to the estimated value of the Product Gift(s) in the context of the relevant Collab. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence by Sunday Squad, nor in cases where the law does not permit a limitation of liability.

Article 10 — Duration and termination

10.1 Duration

These Terms enter into force at the moment the Sportfluencer registers on the Platform and remain in effect for as long as the Sportfluencer has an active Sportfluencer Profile.

10.2 Termination by the Sportfluencer

The Sportfluencer may at any time deactivate their Sportfluencer Profile and end the collaboration by written notification to Sunday Squad. Ongoing Collab obligations must be completed, unless Sunday Squad expressly grants release.

10.3 Termination by Sunday Squad

Sunday Squad may terminate the collaboration with the Sportfluencer:

  • With immediate effect in case of a material breach of these Terms;
  • With immediate effect if the Sportfluencer acts in a way that harms the reputation of Sunday Squad or the Brand;
  • With a notice period of 14 days, for any reason.

10.4 Consequences of termination

Upon termination, the provisions concerning intellectual property (article 6), confidentiality (article 7), data protection (article 8), liability (article 9) and non-competition (article 11.2) remain in full force for the period stipulated therein.

Article 11 — Community rules

11.1 Community values

Sunday Squad builds a community of committed amateur sportfluencers. The Sportfluencer respects Sunday Squad's community values: authenticity, sportsmanship, mutual respect and healthy competitive drive.

11.2 Non-competition

The Sunday Squad model is built on collective strength: the value of a Squad arises because Sportfluencers act together. Individual collaborations with a Brand introduced through Sunday Squad undermine this collective interest and are therefore not permitted without prior written arrangements with Sunday Squad.

The non-competition obligation applies per Brand with which the Sportfluencer has collaborated through Sunday Squad. The protection period runs as follows:

  • The non-competition obligation begins at the moment the Sportfluencer is selected for a Collab with a specific Brand;
  • The obligation remains in effect as long as the Sportfluencer has taken part in a Collab for that Brand within the past 12 months;
  • After the last Collab for a specific Brand, the non-competition obligation continues for 12 months, counted from the end date of that Collab.

During this protection period the Sportfluencer will:

  • Not enter into any individual collaboration with the relevant Brand, in any form whatsoever (sponsored content, ambassadorship, product placement or other commercial arrangements), unless prior written arrangements have been made with Sunday Squad;
  • Not directly accept, negotiate or conclude any offers, proposals or deals from that Brand, even when the Brand takes the initiative itself — in such a case, the Sportfluencer refers the Brand to Sunday Squad;
  • Immediately notify Sunday Squad if the Brand directly contacts the Sportfluencer for a possible collaboration outside Sunday Squad.

After expiry of the protection period, the non-competition obligation for the relevant Brand lapses automatically and the Sportfluencer is free to collaborate directly with that Brand.

The Sportfluencer remains at all times free to enter into collaborations with brands they did not meet through Sunday Squad, provided this does not infringe any exclusivity clause in an ongoing Collab briefing (see article 4.4).

11.3 Exclusion

Sunday Squad reserves the right to remove a Sportfluencer from the community in case of repeated breaches of these Terms, unprofessional behaviour, or behaviour that harms the community or Brands.

Article 12 — Communication

By registering on the Platform, the Sportfluencer agrees to receive communications from Sunday Squad, including Collab invitations, Platform updates and community news, by email, SMS or social media messages.

The Sportfluencer may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link provided, or by sending a message to info@thesundaysquad.com. Transactional messages (such as Collab invitations and confirmations) will continue to be sent.

Article 13 — Changes

Sunday Squad may amend these Terms. Changes are communicated to the Sportfluencer at least 30 days before the intended effective date, by email. The Sportfluencer is requested to expressly accept the amended Terms via the Platform. If the Sportfluencer does not accept the amended Terms, they may terminate the collaboration in accordance with article 10.2. Ongoing Collabs remain subject to the Terms in force at the moment the relevant Collab invitation was accepted.

Article 14 — Applicable law and disputes

14.1 Applicable law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Belgian law.

14.2 Amicable resolution

The Parties try, in the first instance, to settle any dispute by mutual consultation. If this is not possible within 30 calendar days after written notification of the dispute, either Party may submit the dispute to the competent courts.

14.3 Competent court

Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Antwerp Enterprise Court, Mechelen division (Belgium).

Article 15 — Final provisions

15.1 Invalidity

If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The null provision will be replaced by a valid provision that approximates the original intention of the Parties as closely as possible.

15.2 Assignment

The Sportfluencer may not assign the rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties without Sunday Squad's prior written consent.

15.3 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Collab briefing per Collab, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the collaboration.
