What we mean by an active profile: at least one post or story per week, recognisable sport content, and real interaction from your audience. We'd rather have 800 followers who actually know you than 50,000 fakes from a growth kit.
Have fewer than 500 followers but a strong niche? You can still apply. A micro-audience in a specific sport — triathlon, padel, bouldering, gravel bike — is often more valuable to brands than a broad lifestyle audience. We look at fit, not just reach.
