How do you find the right creators for your brand?

Three routes, in increasing order of work:

1. Search yourself

You can search Instagram or TikTok via hashtags, locations or sports communities. Works for one or two creators. Works poorly for 25 — selection, contact, briefing, follow-up and logistics rarely fit alongside your day job.

2. Influencer marketplaces

Platforms where creators sign up and you filter your way to them. Reach scales, but you get large, generic pools. Sports fit, local relevance and authenticity are hard to filter on bio fields alone. Ghosting is a known problem: 59% of marketers run into it in classic product seeding.

3. Curated squads

A partner does selection on fit, not reach alone. Sunday Squad works this way: we know our sport creators personally, screen on training frequency, content style, community engagement and sports credibility before placing anyone in a squad.

What we concretely do for a brand:

  • Start from the brand and the product, not from a list of available creators.
  • Curation inside the relevant discipline and region — no lifestyle overflow.
  • Match scoring per candidate: sport fit, lifestyle and style, content idea, reach and engagement, authenticity.
  • The brand receives a reasoned shortlist with a conclusion per profile.
  • We approach, brief, steer and coordinate — the brand provides the product.

The difference with self-searching or marketplaces: you don't get a catalogue, you get a squad. If the match isn't right, we don't deliver.
