After you apply, the next step is the selection: we and the brand put the squad together based on your application and your profile. If you're picked, the briefing, the product and your posts follow.

How it goes
  1. Application. You apply with your content idea — which you can refine right up to the selection.
  2. Selection. We and the brand choose the squad, on fit and on an active, recent profile.
  3. You hear back. Selected or not. Not being picked says something about the match at that moment, not about you — new collabs keep coming.
  4. Briefing. If you're in, you get a short briefing with the arrangements.
  5. Product & posting. You receive the product or shop credit from the brand and create your content as agreed.
  6. Wrap up. You share a quick recap of the result, and that's it.

Between applying and the selection, your profile is what counts most. A profile that's gone quiet, with no recent posts, makes a spot in the squad less likely — we pick athletes who actually make content.

Tip

Keep posting in the weeks after you apply. Your content doesn't have to be perfect, just recent — a living profile convinces a brand, a stalled one doesn't.
