Can I choose any product from the webshop?

Not always everything — you choose within what the brand opens up for the collab. Sometimes that's the whole webshop, sometimes part of it.

Certain products tend to fall outside a collab: limited editions, the brand's own collaboration drops (releases with another label), discounted or sold-out items. Not to be difficult — those carry different margins, licensing or stock a brand can't freely give away. The rest of the range is open.

What's inside your collab is in the briefing, or you'll notice it from a code or shopping credit that works on certain collections only. Not sure whether something's included? Ask your Captain before you order — that way you won't pick an item that has to come off again afterwards.
