How long does a Sunday Squad collab run?

The active posting window for a collab typically runs 2 to 3 weeks from the moment you receive your products. You get a briefing, you post your content, you share your results, done. No yearly commitment, no subscription.

Here's what a collab looks like from A to Z:

How it goes
  1. Applications open — you apply within the application window (typically a few weeks to a few months, depending on the brand).
  2. Selection — we curate a squad of (usually) 25 based on fit. Those who are selected get a message.
  3. Products land at your place — typically a few days after selection.
  4. Posting window — 2 to 3 weeks to finish your posts. Sometimes we ask faster, sometimes spread out; it's always in the brief.
  5. Content reporting — you upload your material and share your results with us (reach, engagement, any reactions or mentions). That's how we build, collab by collab, an honest picture of what worked.
  6. Content rights — determined explicitly per collab in the briefing. The standard agreements (duration, use, channels) are shared with you upfront before you agree.
  7. Non-compete — if a brand asks for a non-compete, it's stated explicitly in the briefing for that collab. No hidden clauses.

Beyond what we agree contractually, we of course ask that you act ethically yourself: don't embrace a direct competitor right after a Wowow collab, no weird turns in your brand choices. Sportfluencer work is a long-term thing, not a sprint.

Like it? Then we do it again. The harder your squad posts, the more brands come knocking and the more often new collabs follow — at which point you might want to know whether you can be in multiple collabs at once. Don't like it? That's fine too.
