Do we get to see the squad before product is shipped?

Yes. Squad review is a fixed moment in the flow — before a single product is shipped, you get an overview of the curated squad with our reasoning.

What you get to see.

  • The matching framework we used for your collab — typically 5 dimensions with weights (sport fit, content idea, reach, authenticity, lifestyle style). We calibrate the exact mix per collab based on your briefing.
  • The selected 25, with match score and short rationale per profile. Including their content idea submitted at application, their sport, and their Instagram handle.
  • An overall conclusion — where the squad stands strong, where we made trade-offs, what patterns emerged in the applications.

What we don't do: individual cherry-picking. You get the squad for approval, not for assembly. That's a deliberate choice.

The value of a curated squad sits in the whole — the mix of profiles, sports and voices that together create local saturation inside a community. Start replacing individual athletes based on personal taste and you break that balance. Think of it like building a sports team: you don't pick five strikers because they look the strongest individually.

What you can and should be able to do: pull an athlete out on a concrete conflict — a direct competitor in their feed, a previous reputation issue, a history with your brand that didn't end well. Those vetoes we take seriously and replace from the same curation pool.

When this happens. After the application period and before we collect addresses for shipping. Concretely: typically 5 to 7 working days to review the squad, ask questions and place any vetoes. Without your sign-off no package leaves — that order is hard.
