About this collaboration
Cyclowax x Sunday Squad
Cyclowax makes the most advanced hot wax system for cyclists, in Ghent. Patented, developed together with Lidl-Trek and used by Olympic champions and Unbound winners. No chemicals, a chain that lasts three times longer, and up to 8 watts less friction per ride.
For this collab we're looking for ten Belgian cyclists who want to be among the first on the road with the new Performance Wax Kit — before it's widely available.
Right in the summer of 2026, as the Tour rolls through France and the Vuelta gears up in Spain. Two months to really get to know the system, ride on it, and share your take on it with your audience. One kit. Ten sportfluencers. One summer.

What we ask
in exchange for the kit
Minimum:
- 1 Reel on Instagram with #cyclowaxsquad and @cyclowax tagged
- Post before 31 August 2026
- Mark in the Sunday portal when your package has arrived
More is allowed, and it counts in the selection. When you apply we ask for a content idea. The more concrete and creative, the bigger your chance of landing in the squad. Inspiration:
- Tutorial Reel — how you apply the wax with the heater
- Before & after — dirty chain versus waxed chain
- Ride vlog — the waxing moment woven into a ride
- Tour or Vuelta Story series — your own commentary during the grand tours
- Squad collab — a joint post or ride together with other squad members
The idea you submit when applying is not a binding contract — you can deviate from it along the way. But the stronger your plan, the better the match.
Creative freedom: no brand guidelines, no pre-approval on posts. Your tone, your visuals, your story.
Exclusivity: for 12 months after the start of this collab you don't promote any other chain wax or chain lube brands. Other cycling-related brands (clothing, bikes, nutrition, accessories) remain entirely free.
