It can happen, and there's nothing wrong with that as such — but mind the agreements still running.

If you click with a brand and they want to continue directly with you, that's your business. Sunday Squad doesn't claim you and doesn't hold you back. What does count: the agreements of the collab where you got to know each other — think content rights or any exclusivity — stay in force as long as it runs. A new, separate deal beyond that is between you and the brand.

One tip from experience: keep it clear. A brand that values you won't make a fuss about clear agreements. One that tries to steer you around the agreed terms via a vague DM is already telling you something about how the collaboration would go.
